Please note that you must have the following documentation ready to upload in PDF format:

Your resume.
Teacher recommendation letter.
High school academic history.
Statement of financial need.

Requirements:

You are a senior student and will graduate in 2025.
You are enrolled full-time at an accredited university, community college, or technical institute in summer or fall 2025.
You have participated in Empower the Voice activities, such as university visits, family workshops, FAFSA workshop, essay writing support, or counseling.

Scholarship Documents

that highlights your achievements, character, and potential.

Attach a copy of your high school academic record (unofficial).

Attach acceptance letter from the college, university, or institution where you will study.
